What It Is

The Alchemy Reset Method™ is the group format of Alchemy Healing™ — developed from more than thirty years of one-to-one practice and built into a structured programme that can be delivered to many people at once.

It does not replicate the depth of one-to-one work, where trauma can be processed at the root. Instead, it draws on the principles of Alchemy Healing™ to do something different — and equally vital — at scale: teach participants how to process and regulate their emotions, and reset the nervous system into a lighter, more harmonious state.

It can be used with a wide range of populations, including those carrying trauma, PTSD, and complex trauma, where it serves as a vital external tool working alongside psychological care and one-to-one support.

The Reset

The Alchemy Reset Method™ guides participants through the heavier emotions — anger, pain, guilt, fear, sadness — teaching them how to recognise these emotions, process them through the body, and consciously shift them toward lighter states. From there, the work reprograms the system to live in those lighter states more naturally, softening triggers, reducing reactivity, and giving the nervous system a new baseline to operate from — for many, a baseline they may never have known before.

True alchemy is the transformation of base material into gold. The Alchemy Reset Method™ applies that principle at the level of emotional and nervous system regulation. What was heavy begins to lift. What was reactive begins to settle. The system learns a lighter way of being.

It is important to be clear: The Alchemy Reset Method™ does not process the trauma itself. That work belongs in one-to-one settings — through The Alchemy Healing Session™, an Alchemy Healing Practitioner, a psychologist, or other trusted support.
